A construction project manager is the key person responsible for planning, organising and controlling delivery of a building project from start to successful handover — ensuring it is completed on time, to quality and within budget.
Site manager
The site manager is a key management role in construction, responsible for overall management, technical supervision, schedule, budget and health & safety on large projects. Coordinates subcontractors, reports to investors and authorities; requires a relevant degree, ČKAIT authorisation and experience.
